Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original, unused condition — unwashed, unsoiled, and free from any damage caused after delivery.
  • The item must be returned in its original or equivalent packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our team:

Include your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a prepaid return label where applicable.

Return Shipping

Rensan covers the cost of return shipping on all eligible returns. We will provide you with a prepaid return label or arrange collection at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund (typically 3–5 business days after we process it on our end).

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly sent. If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no charge.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or soiled after delivery.
  • Items returned after the 14-day return window (unless otherwise agreed with our support team).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@rensan.shop with photos of the damage. We will resolve the issue quickly — either with a replacement or a full refund.
