We offer free standard shipping on all orders to addresses within the United Kingdom. No minimum order required.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after placing your order, and a dispatch notification once your order has been shipped.
Once dispatched, standard delivery to UK addresses takes 2–7 business days. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days.

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship to international addresses.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If tracking information is available for your shipment, it will be included in your dispatch email.

Our giant teddy bears are vacuum-packed and compressed for safe transit. Your bear will fully expand to its natural size within 24 hours of opening — or you can speed up the process by gently patting the bear.
If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package is lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date:
